In short
The Centre for Enterprise Development is the local public source identified in the held material for business-plan writing and business development support. Its site says consultation has no cost, while plan writing and some other services may carry a fee.
The Bank of Saint Vincent and the Grenadines tells small-business applicants to have a business plan drawn up, but the held source does not provide a financing checklist or terms. Elsewhere in the OECS, public or subsidised bodies also provide enterprise training, technical assistance or plan support, with conditions set by each institution.
Where to start
- CED in St Vincent. Ask what level of plan, proposal or financial-statement help your case needs and request the current fee before work starts.
- Your lender. Get its current application and plan checklist before paying for preparation.
- Registration and records. Bring registration, sales and expense records, bank statements and evidence for the amount requested.
- Project quotations. Tie each requested item to a current supplier quotation and show how it affects sales, costs and cash.
What is not published in the held source
CED does not publish the amount of its plan-writing fee. The held file found no St Vincent-based private provider with a published plan price, and no local chamber or Invest SVG plan-preparation fee schedule.
That absence is not a licence to invent a price, turnaround or eligibility rule. Confirm current terms directly with CED and the chosen lender. A source from another OECS country can show a type of support, but it does not set St Vincent's rules.
