In short
NEDCO publishes loans at 8% interest, with maximum terms of five years for general loans, three years for stock loans and six years for maxi-taxi loans. Businesses may receive up to three months' grace.
The live form asks for identification, address, tax and registration documents, financial statements, evidence that the business exists, and invoices, quotations or estimates for purchases. It does not contain a business-plan upload field, and NEDCO does not publish a plan checklist in the held sources.
What the published loan terms say
- Uses. Stock, equipment, motor vehicles and repairs or renovation for a business venture.
- Payment. Loan funds go to suppliers based on the quotations and invoices the applicant supplies.
- Excluded activities. Primary agriculture, real estate development, gambling and related activities, and alcohol retail.
- Security. The held market file records collateral as required. The exact security and repayment structure belongs to the applicant's assessment.
What to prepare for the live form
Prepare two forms of identification, proof of personal and business address, tax and registration documents, recent bank statements or other financial statements, proof of operating activity such as invoices, receipts or contracts, and quotations or estimates for the items to be bought.
NEDCO's Business Relationship Officers discuss viability and suitable financing. Because NEDCO publishes no business-plan content checklist or projection period in the held sources, ask the officer what additional plan or financial work applies to your case.
