In short
EICCIO Advisors, an independent advisory firm in La Grange, West Bank Demerara, prepares business plans for owners applying to the Guyana Development Bank and to commercial banks.
Each plan covers the eight components a plan is scored on, a 36-month cash flow in Guyana dollars, break-even, repayment capacity and stress tests, with your records and your GRA and NIS compliance organised beside it. The Bank opens on 5 October 2026 and decides every application.
What goes in the plan

- Management team
- Organisational structure

What a loan officer checks, answered before they ask.
- A 36-month cash flow in Guyana dollars, month by month.
- Break-even: how many sales cover your costs and your repayments.
- Repayment capacity: what is left each month to pay the loan.
- Stress tests: sales 20% lower, costs 15% higher and a three-month delay, each run through all 36 months.
- Evidence: every assumption tied to something you can show, from stock counts to supplier quotations.
Seven things you will be asked for
- Your credit report
- Proof you are up to date with the National Insurance Scheme (NIS)
- Proof you are up to date with the Guyana Revenue Authority (GRA)
- Your ID card (the digital ID is preferred)
- A detailed business plan
- Financial statements, if your business is already trading
- Proof of your address
As listed by Minister Zulfikar Ally, 21 May 2026, reported by Demerara Waves. The Bank's own form, when published, is what counts.
G$3 million from the Bank. Up to G$7 million more from a commercial bank.
Government has announced zero-interest loans of up to G$3 million with no collateral, and a co-financing arrangement through which borrowers can unlock up to G$7 million more from traditional lenders at favourable interest rates. That second part may charge interest and ask for security.
One plan shows both: what each loan pays for, and how each is repaid. People can also combine their loans for a bigger project, and each person still owes their own.

How the file is built
- A written check of where your business stands, within three working days of starting.
- A step-by-step plan to a complete file.
- Your plan and projections, built only on what you can show, alongside your accountant.
- Registration, GRA, NIS, licences and permits checked and current.
- Every document checked before anything is signed, and preparation for any meeting with the Bank.
Three working days is a service standard EICCIO Advisors sets, not a Bank rule.
Across Guyana, starting in Region 3.
We take enquiries from every region on the same terms, by phone, WhatsApp or email. Our launch on 5 October 2026 is focused on Region 3.
Government has named the Bank's priority sectors as agriculture and agro-processing, tourism and hospitality, manufacturing and technology, creative industries, and services and innovation, and has said the Bank is especially for women, youth and persons with disabilities. See the sectors.
Every line true. Every claim shown.
Nothing goes in your plan that you cannot prove. Giving the Bank false or misleading information is an offence, with fines of G$5 million to G$10 million (Guyana Development Bank Act 2026, section 33). No one can promise a loan: the lender decides.
Questions owners ask
Can EICCIO Advisors write my business plan for a Guyana Development Bank loan?
Yes. We prepare the business plan with you, from your own records, counts, prices and quotations, together with a 36-month cash flow in Guyana dollars and your records and GRA and NIS compliance. You check every figure, sign your application and submit it yourself. The Bank decides every application.
What should a business plan for a Guyana Development Bank loan include?
Government has listed a detailed business plan among what applicants will need. A plan that holds up covers the eight components the Business Support Desk scores: executive summary, business opportunity, management team, organisational structure, SWOT analysis, marketing strategy, project budget and financial statements. It should also show a monthly cash flow, break-even, whether sales cover the repayments, and what happens if sales fall or costs rise. The Bank's own application form, when published, is what counts.
Do I need a cash flow projection?
A monthly cash flow is how a lender sees whether repayments fit your business. Our plans include 36 months in Guyana dollars, with stress tests for sales 20% lower, costs 15% higher and a three-month delay.
How do the G$3 million loan and the extra G$7 million fit together?
Government has announced zero-interest loans of up to G$3 million with no collateral from the Bank, and co-financing of up to G$7 million more from traditional lenders at favourable interest rates. That second part may charge interest and ask for security. One plan can show what each loan pays for and how both are repaid.
My GRA or NIS is not up to date. Can I still prepare?
Yes. Proof of GRA and NIS compliance is on the list applicants have been told to expect, so compliance is part of the file. We check where you stand and set out the steps to become current. Some steps depend on those offices, so start early.
I have no written records yet.
Start with the next sale. EDEN Kesef, from EICCIO Advisors, is a free till for a cash business on the phone you already have, and every week from today is another week of records you can show.
My business is not in Region 3.
We take enquiries from every region on the same terms, by phone, WhatsApp or email. Our launch on 5 October 2026 is focused on Region 3.
Can I use the same plan with a commercial bank or the Business Support Desk?
Yes. The same plan and records carry the components the Business Support Desk scores and the figures a commercial bank asks for. Each lender and the Desk make their own decisions.
Will you submit the application for me?
No. We prepare the file with you, and you check it, sign it and submit it yourself.
Can you guarantee I will get a loan?
No. Nobody except the lender can decide that. We help you prepare a complete, truthful file.
Are you part of the Guyana Development Bank?
No. EICCIO Advisors is an independent advisory firm. It is not part of, or authorised by, the Guyana Development Bank or any lender.
